Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

in school the rule is that were not allowed to use our cell phones, but if the teacher dose not see it they do not take it away. now the superintendent are making fake twitter accounts and seeing if we tweet in class and if we do we get in trouble, if we block our tweet they hired someone to hack into it and see what we are tweeting.. if so isn't that illegal and how can we get in trouble they don't have proof that I/ we actually sent that tweet and perhaps someone on our twitter did? Seems illegal / un ethical ?

kids are using cell phones to cheat on tests, texting and tweeting the answers.

stop using your cellphone in school. follow the rule.
