Giving alcohol to a minor

I would like to know the penailty oif this Notice: Notice To Appear, Appearance required. What is the fine penailty??

It is probably a disorderly persons offense, but I need to see your notice to be certain. There could a fine of up to $1,000 and a jail sentence up to six months if you are charged with the offense you seem to be charged with. I need you to fax the notice and/or summons to me to give you a more reliable answer.
