Once u file for chapter 7 when can the car dealership repo your auto, before u are discharge of all your bills or after.

repo can be done at any time. however, the bankruptcy will discharge any debts associated with the repo. including towing, interest, and any balance owed to bank for anything. call 201-646-9799 for more info. the new laws will go into effect very soon.
