Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
Chapter 13
I filed a Chapter 13 petition. My attorney knew going in that the payments were a stretch. The petition was dismissed because I missed one trustee payment (prior to the payroll deduction). I have since lost my job & am facing eviction. Can I request to have my petition reinstated & convert to a 7 or should I just file a 7? Thank you.
