Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

Debt

I filed bankruptsy paid all secured debt no money left for unsecured. Trustee advised to dismiss since no assets left.

Now all unsecured who backed off from bankruptsy is filing suits. I have no layer and no money or assets what do I say at court and what can they do? I did want to file chapter seven Trustee said no need.

Something doesn't sound right here. The Trustee represents the interests of the unsecured creditors and should not have been advising you at all. If you were represented by an attorney in the bankruptcy, you should consult with that attorney. If not, you should get an attorney who can advise you. A dismissal will not prevent you from bringing another bankruptcy, but this might not be necessary if the court allows the original case to be reopened.
