Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

can I file for bancruptcy

was wondering if you could give me some advice. I am interested in filing for bankruptcy because about a year ago I had a gambling problem and lost nearly $20,000 mostly on cash advances from credit cards would I have a problem filling for bancruptcy?

hi - i have had several clients who had had a gambling problem and needed to file bankruptcy. it probably saved their sanity to do so... at least, that's what they told me after it was over.
