Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

I have 2 letters from an attorney and 2 replys made by me refering to a defamation statement that I posted 12 years ago after a company stole my idea. the statute of limitations has ran out but since I recently removed part of the defamation the attorney is saying the statute is running anew. I need a quote for an attorney, fimilar with this situation, to view the letters and give me advice on what I need to do. thanks earl

Its an interesting argument. I'm sure a letter back from your lawyer could make this go away. Contact me anytime.

In NJ the statute of limitation for Libel or slander is one year. Though on its face that attorney's argument is somewhat outlandish, some research will reveal whether his claim has any merit. Overall this is not a complicated matter but the research needs to be conducted.

I offer significant discounted rates for qualifying individuals. Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience and I will be able to provide a flat fee quote for the research and letter.
