Re: business regestration revoked

You should consult an attorney as you may be doing business in New York, especially if you have an office located here. I am only admitted in New York, so I can not offer you insight on New Jersey law, but in general if your right to do business gets suspended then you lose a lot of the protections having a business entity can afford (e.g., protection of your personal assets, tax advantages etc). Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of any assistance in the matter.

Re: business regestration revoked

anyone conducting business in the name of a corporation that does not exist may end up being personally responsible for any debts or contractual obligations.

That is bad. You need to get it reinstated, as fast as possible.

Why not have a lawyer available to answer questions for you? Someone that you pay ONLY when you use the attorney, at a reasonable price?

Should not be hard to find.

Call me if you would like me to assist.

Re: business regestration revoked

I don't know on what basis your registration was rejected, so I can't answer your question as to whether you can continue to do business. Please consult an attorney who is licensed to practice in New Jersey if that's where your business was registered.

Good luck with it.
