Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Regarding Court Order

I own a Corporation in NJ where I am the only employee. But some one fraudantly used my company name and lend money from a Bank and I believe never paid. Bank went to the court and now court send a letter to me saying, Employer Ordered to make deductions.'' What should I do in this situation? I don't even know this person. Please help. Thanks

WEll, I gues the first thing to find out is how much is the assessment and is it worth the expense to open up the proceedings and fight this out in Court. You may need to alert the NJ attorney Generals office at some point, and maybe even terminate the NJ corporation.
