Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

I went to a institute for medical assistant.I graduated and now after a year still have no job.I wanted to know can I get my money back if the school can't find me a job? The school has career services but every job they sent me to needs people with more experience than I have. Most people who went to the school during the same year I went found jobs and it seems I am the only one who hasn't found one yet.Last job/extern site I had was august of last year.Since then I have not been able to find a job anywhere in the field I went to school for.I feel I was lied to in a way since the impression was given to me I would be working if I graduated and passed the test for a certified medical assistant. That's all i heard for the nine months of going to school was offices need certified assistants.I went to many offices on interviews and they all need 2 years or more experience.

I need to see what information the school advertised or made available to potential students regarding possible employment after graduation. They may have offered career services but may have not guaranteed employment. You might not have any recourse if they fulfilled the career services as they represented. I know of many schools that offer career services but have not been able to find jobs for all of their graduates. Its sad that many graduates remain unemployed as some jobs are scarce or over-filled.
