Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

i'm looking to establish a one person LLC - i live in NJ - but hear Delaware LLC operations are cheaper - my tax guy wasn't much help - he says this is a legal question - please help me choose a state to register and operate in - thanks!

If you live in New Jersey, and your business is in NJ, your LLC should be set-up in New Jersey. If you were to set-up a Delaware LLC it would have to be authorized to do business in New Jersey which requires filing in two states.

On the other hand, if your business has no connection with NJ (such as an internet based business) you should consider alternate States for formation.

Frankly, you need a good tax and business lawyer to decide the best form of business entity, where it should be located, and to actually form your business.
