A mutual attorney has a conflict of interest and should not represent one partner against the other in this business dispute. I will need to learn more information to determine the best next course of action for you to take. Please contact my office to schedule a consultation. My telephone number is 732-663-1500. Mention Law Guru and we will waive the consultation fee.
