Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

me and my boyfriend were in the car fooling around we were given a complain-summons ticket i got it for disrobing in a vehicle and his was for public nuicance we are supposed to attend court on friday will this be on our records and if their is a fine how much is it?

The amount of the fines is determined by the municipality in which the offense occured ie town or city.

Public nuisance is generally an ordinance violation and will appear on your record. However, in NJ you are permitted to expunge as many ordinance violations as you want depending on several other factors.
