Re: I cannot find an attorney

How have you been looking for an attorney? There is always the phone book, but you will do better to call your local bar association and ask for a referral.

Have you consulted attorneys who have turned down your case? This could be because they do not believe you will prevail. On the limited set of facts in your posting, I cannot tell you if you have a good cause of action or not.
