Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

So this guy i new from a while back , started to take me to the gym. I will remind you that i am 15 and he is 21. He thought that i would pay him , but i never said that I would. He also thinks that my mother did , and she never said such a thing. He is now trying to get over $120, from me for taking me to the gym. I never signed anything and neither did my mother. He has been arguing this for awhile on facebook trying to bargain with me about it and I always said" i do not have the money, i do not owe you anything." is this legally binding? what has been said on facebook?

P.s - i really would give him the money , he has just been acting like a complete jacka**. & i do not want to inform my mother about this, she will be so pissed. thank you !

Tell your mother. You are underage and cannot enter into such a contractual agreement.
