Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New Jersey

Is campaignin on school property outside of school hours on the parking lot against the law? And what is the ruling on campaigning in shopping malls . If you can provide citations and dates of this in supreme court rulings. I would appreciate an answer.

Both of the situations you mentioned are highly debated. At least in terms of the school, the school would have broad discretion as to how it might affect the educational activities of the students among other factors. The question of leafleting in malls is an ongoing federal court case lasting 10+ years. In either case you might end up as a participant in a decade-long landmark federal court case, much to your dismay. Tread carefully.
