An employment application will typically ask you to list all felony convictions. If you do not list your convictions as asked in the application, then at some point in the future if your employer finds out that you lied on the job application, then you can be terminated for falsification of employment application. I would strongly suggest that you speak with an employment law attorney and he/she should be able to do a complete check of your past criminal record in order to give accurate advice.
