Legal Question in Construction Law in New Jersey
My retaining wall was damaged by neighbor's builder, he told me (not by writing) he will repair the damages (about $2.000) and will be on the sight last Monday. but he hasn't shown up and not return my phone calls either. What should I do next step?.

You are right near me, and I should be able to make a demand on the neighbor and his builder. If they don't pay, then bad things will happen to them like a lawsuit!
