Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

disturbing the peace

My 19 yr old son's friends come to our home 3-4 times a week to play pool in our basement. They leave anywhere between 12 and 2:45 am. When they leave a neighbor's dog barks and wakes his master who is furious and screams and curses at the kids. Are we breaking a law? The kids don't provoke the dog he just barks any time someone walks past the neighbors house day or night. I watch the kids leave and i would rather they are at my house playing pool than on the streets and involved in things they shouldnt be. Are we doing anything wrong here?
