Re: non payment for services rendered

This is theft, you can advise them that if you are not paid you will be contacting hte authorities. Or you can take them to small claims court, an inexpensive remedy that you can do yourself.

From a business perspective, if they are a ling time customer, do you want to take action against them. On thoe other hand, if oyu feel this is deliberate, then action may be the way to go and contact either the municpal court to file a criminal complaint of the special civil part to file a civil one.

Is it possible that your client moved and is jsut not getting the message? (were they the couple who got married, new house or apartment?)

You ahve several remedies, chose one htat befits the relationship and your position in the community. You may not want to alienate someone for some money if it will affect more business. These are the considerations, the decision is yours.

Best wishes.
