Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
If a parent serves there child (age18-20) alcohol that they purchased while at a resturant. Can the resturant take action against the parent/child?
Meaning can they take back the alcohol or remove them from the restaurant?
Not sure what area of law this would fall under.
