Many credit agreements have terms that include collection costs and attorney fees. Those terms are enforceable and it is not uncommon for a judgment to include an allowance for attorney fees in excess of the fee allowed by statute. That said, a judgment is a judgment. The creditor cannot compel payment of post judgment collection costs unless application is made for modification of the judgment. You can force the issue by demanding that the creditor give you a warrant satisfying the judgment.
