Company I work for was issued a bank levy from an attorney who had the form signed by court officer. What can I do to have it removed? What can be done to stop the levy

The levy is most likely the result of a judgment against the company. You can either pay the judgment or have an attorney take a look at what the case was about and how the judgment was received to try to have it removed, but without more information, I cannot properly guide you.

The levy means that there is a court judgment against the company. Your company has a big, big problem, and owes money to whoever got that judgment.

I deal with problems like this all the time, but I need a lot more information to help you. Why don't you give me a call 201 820 3460, and let's see what I can do for you.
