If you were divorced, you cannot be held responsible for the bill. In addition, if you were separated, you cannot be held responsible for the bill (unless you agreed to be). Nevertheless, you have been sued so you need to deal with the suit. Feel free to call me if you would like assistance (my office is in Mt. Laurel).
