Re: judgement with unifund

I have a judgement on my credit report from unifund who i disputed this account when it showed up on my credit report. It came off my credit report but they ended up filing a judgement and ended up with a default judgemen t. I got a lawyer to represent to remove judgement and unifund representative admit account is not mine but now to get proof to remove judgement won't answer my lawyers call and my lawyer try to serve them but address is unable to locate. What step shpuld i take to remove this judgement

If you have an attorney, he or she should be able to help you out. After all, isn't that what you are paying for?

I think its rather funny that they probably didn't serve you properly to get the default and now you have to have perfect service to remove it. I have an address for them as Unifund
