Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
I put chagres on credit cards that are in my husbands name. I am going for debt consolidation, but I would like to take full responsibilly for this and would like this removed from my husbands credit report and just have it on mine. How do I go about clearing my husbands credit report?

If you transfer a balance to your credit card, it should not be on his credit any more. Anything unpaid in his name, you can do nothing about, except pay it off, and if he has a bad credit history, there is nothing you casn do about that.
