If you are asking this question, you are WAY past the point where you can just ask questions on the internet. Please understand that this is serious stuff, and it sounds like the Sheriff is about to seize and sell your goods, the things you own.

You have legal rights, but you have to know what they are and you have to defend your rights in court. You definitely need a lawyer right now.

You are pretty far away from me, but if you can not find another lawyer nearer to you, I will assist you.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice. I will let you know up front what it will cost for me to help you.

Mr. Davies is correct. It sounds like you have ignored or lost all legal proceedings to date. and now to collect, the Sheriff will get a Writ, which will permit him to enter your home to take, or invoice property, in an attempt to satisfy the judgment against you. If you ignored the legal proceedings, you did so at your own risk!
