Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

In 1973 I lived in South New Jersey. I was convicted on a sale of marijuana to an under cover cop, I was 18 at the time. The amount was under 20 grams and it is the only time I have sold it. A few years ago I tried to buy a rifle, (Hunting), and was turned down. I contacted NICS, sent them my finger prints and waited for thier response. I was turned down due to the marijuana conviction, which by the way was considered a felony at that time. My questions is; can I have the convition expunged, and how much will it cost? I now live in Michigan.

Assuming no complications, our fee would be $1,500.00. That includes filing fee and all out-of-pocket expenses. The process takes about four months. You would not have to go to court. For more information, please visit http://www.njexpungements.com/faq.php.

By the way, the matter on which you were convicted is still a felony in New Jersey.

You should be able to obtain an expungement of the record of your arrest and conviction. My fee would be less than $1,500.00

Call me if you like.

I routinely handle expungement cases and believe I can help you clean your record. I think you should call me to discuss my legal fee since I don't like to give it out online, but I assure you it would be very reasonable. Please call me to discuss your case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
