My boyfriend was charged with statutory rape to the 4th Degree about 2yrs ago. This was before we met. Because of his record he is having trouble with getting a job. Would he be able to get the record expunged?

It is a ten year wait, after expungement, before one can apply for expungement. Additionally, many sex offenses can not be expunged.
