Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was caught shoplifting in Wegmans supermarket in NJ for amount of $15. They did not call the police. I paid $150 civil demand and signed a document not to come back to the store for the period of 2 years (The letter indicated I will be arrested and charged if I go back there during the 2 years time frame) and they also took my shopper clubs card. Few days later one of my relative shopped there used my shopper clubs card (the other set I have with the same # as the one the store security took from me). Will Wegman think I was there because my shopper clubs card was used? Will I be in trouble? Im really worried. Please help me!

You are a bit reckless. You avoid being arrested for stealing, which would have made most jobs beyond your reach. Then you let a relative go to the store and use your card. Hope that the use of the card is not noticed and destroy the one you have.

I would doubt it but my opinion will not change what will or will not happen. If any charges come of this, call an attorney and let him or her take care of it. It shouldn't be a big deal except for having to pay the attorney.
