There is no such thing as a "Felony' under New Jersey law: There are Crimes and Disorderly Persons Offenses. NJSA 2:35-10a(1) is considered a third degree crime, and it carries penalties of up to 5 years in state prison. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail.
