Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

If a coach of a registered cheerleading organization has been arrested and charged with murder are they banned from coaching until convicted? Or shoukd they not bve around kids until the trial is over.

You are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a jury of your peers, and if they are not allowed to continue coaching it may open the organization up to a lawsuit.
