Conditional Discharges
If a person is has a conditional discharge and stays out of trouble for the next 2 years, do the charges or a conviction remain on that persons record?
Re: Conditional Discharges
The charges are dismissed, but the record of the arrest remains. You can get that removed with the help of the attorney.
Re: Conditional Discharges
If you are granted first offender treatment in New Jersey the charge is
dismissed after a period of supervision by the probation department. If there is not violation of the supervision the charge is dismissed and can then be expunged from your record.
Call me if you like.
