Re: Criminal charges

This all depends on where the case stands... is the accusation merely an internal one or is it something that has reached the level of involving the police. If the situation is where it has not risen to the level of having contacted the police, i would hire an attorney and ensure that this is prevented from ever reaching that level... if it has risen to the level actual police contact then without question you should hire an attorney to assist you with this matter in order to ensure that you are fully protected...

feel free to contact our office at 877.229.3394 and select to speak to our head attorney carlos gonzalez for a FREE phone consultation...

Re: Criminal charges

If criminal charges are brought against you for this incident then you are facing what's called a Third Degree Crime. This carries a maximum penalty of five years in state prison. If in fact charges have already been brought against you by the police please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
