Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

First degree armed robbery

I was charged with 1st degree armed robbery of a major retail store where I was employed as a Loss Prevention Officer. There is no physical evidence in the crime but my discovery package says the store had my phone and office bugged and I had conversations with a store confidential informant of plotting to rob the store. This is all the stores doings not any law enforcement. Is this illegal? I also found out that the detective got a warrant out of the county for $50,000.00 for me, any reason why he would do that when there were plenty of judges available in my county? There is alot of discrepancies in this case and many interest by attorneys in my area but could not afford one. I'am willing to discuss or do anything. Any help?
