Re: four degree case

If this is a fourth conviction for shoplifting, and it is fourth degree shoplifting, then you are facing between three months and eighteen months in jail. However, each case is unique and before I know the facts of the case I wouldn't say that you are even going to be convicted yet. You may have a defense to the charge or there may be some other way to beat the charge. Although my office is located in Union County,I frequently appear in Hudson and Somerset Counties. I have handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: four degree case

I gather that you have 2 different matters. Are they both shoplifting. They will be treated as receipt of stolen property rather than shoplifting, in all liklihood. The sentence depends on a number of factors. Call me if you want more info

Re: four degree case

Somerset County huh? Good luck with that. You are facing 18 months and if convicted, you will probably get it. I would try to consolidate both cases into Hudson County.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
