Re: Drug Felony

All of the crimes you describe are felonies, unless the last one was for simple assault which is a disorderly persons offense. Under the New Jersey criminal code (NJSA 2C:52-2)you can only get an expungement if you have had no more than one felony conviction, and even then you have to wait ten years after the end of your prison term, probation, or parole before you can apply for an expungement. Because of this, based on the description you gave of yor past criminal history, you may not be eligible for an expungement at all. I am an attorney who has handled many criminal cases and expungements similar to yours in the past. Please call me at 908-272-0111 if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you. -Ronald Aronds, Esq. -

Re: Drug Felony

If enough time has passed, you may be eligible to expunge these matters from your record. Your case must be analyzed closely since there are multiple matters, however, since you can generally only have one felony expunged.

You may call me at 201-646-9799, these records can be expunged as long as the date when you completed probation falls within the time frame allowed under the expungement law. In most cases it is either 5 years or 10 years.
