Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was an eighteen year old female home from Chapel Hill North Carolina University for break when I made a stupid mistake of shoplifting food from a grocery store, I didn't have any weapons or anything, as three workers grabbed me, I tried to get away and one of them got hurt. My lawyer encouraged me to take a plead deal, telling me I wouldn't have to do any jail time I agreed. What I didn't understand was that he was asking me to plead to robbery, which is a felony. My whole life has been ruin, I do agreed I should have been charged with shoplifting not robbery. Is there anything I can do to have this reviewed?
