it depends on numerous factors such as how much in possession, how much he stole, whether he has priors, if he is presently on probation, etc.

He is charged with disorderly persons offenses and some crimes. Possessing cocaine is always a crime, a felony. If he is charged with stealing more than $200.00, he is charged with a crime. The false police report is usually a disorderly persons offense. He could be facing a maximum of ten years in prison, but I need the complaints to be more precise.

The cocaine charge is a third degree criminal offense that has up to 5 years in state prison. The amount of time he is facing on the theft charge depends upon the dollar value stolen. Please contact me to discuss this case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
