harassment charge
i had a charge brought against me for harassment..the complaintent said...my daughter and her boyfriend got out of their cars laughing and the compl. got out of her car and said a bunch of things to my daughter so my daughter said something back..how is this a charge against me?and how can i fight it

I would suggest you speak to an attorney in person or on the phone. I would need a lot more detail. However, a motion to dismiss sounds like its an order.
