Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Improper Police Procedure

While being arrested for a petty marijuana offense, police destroyed evidence, instructed perp to destroy evidence, and were scolded by their superior during the arrest. There were witnesses who have said they would testify to this. Can this somehow be cause to dismiss the case?
