Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Need legal advice for outstanding bench warrant

What type of lawyer will we need? The crime took place up north and he now resides in the south. He never went to court on the arrest up north. INS wants legal documentation of the outcome of this arrest. This is a time sensative issue. INS is giving him 87 days.

If there is an outstanding arrest warrant then you need a criminal defense lawyer. If the criminal case is not resolved his immigration status will be in peril. I am an attorney who has handled many criminal cases in various courts throughout NJ in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me at your convenience. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
