Re: maximum penalties

Six months in jail, $1,000.00 fine, a few hundred dollars additional state mandatory fees, and six months to two years loss of your driver's license on each charge. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: maximum penalties

You need to aggressively defend yourself against the charges....your driver's license, your future employment, the next year or so of your life could all be very negatively impacted by a wrong decision to plead guilty.
