Re: miranda rights

The only thing that could possibly be thrown out would be any statements you made that they want to use against you. The whole case would not automatically be thrown out if they didn't read you your rights. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: miranda rights

Reading your rights up arrest or not reading your rights as to remaining silent does not matter if you made no statement which could incriminate you.

Did you make or give a statement of this nature?

Call me if you like.

Re: miranda rights

No, they only come into pley if you made a statement and they seek to use that statement against you.

Re: miranda rights

No. Miranda has to do with a defendant giving a confession. If you did not give any statements what would be thrown out!!!
