This is the offense of harassment and the it is a petty disorderly persons offense with a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and a maximum fine of $500.00.

Harassment is disturbing or alarming behavior done with the intent to harass.

This statute is called harassment. It is what is called a petty disorderly offense and carries a potential jail term of 90 days and fine of $500.
