Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Njsa 13:54-1.15
I would like to see a police investigation report that was done 17 yrs ago regarding a firearms I.D card. According to NJSA 13:54-1.15 it is not of public record and I cant see it. Is it possible to use legal methods to see it? and if so what do i need to do?
