probation violation in nj
My ex girlfriend and mother of my daughter assaulted me and committed criminal mischeif by slashing the tire of my vehicle. She is currently on probation for violating a tro I had in place last year, what will she face for violating her probation with these crimes?

Re: probation violation in nj
She will receive up to the maximum jail sentence allowed by the law for the grade of offense she committed, six months for a disorderly person offense; 18 months for a fourth degree crime and five years for a third degree crime for the violation of probation. The same applies to the new offenses if she is found guilty or pleads guilty to same.
