Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
i was put under conditional discharge in NJ for possession of under 50 grams...i was recently detained for underage drinking and obstruction...is this considered violation of my conditional discharge? If so what are my options?

There are rules and regulations for your supervisory status. You should review them to see what
you are not allowed to do what being supervised by the probation department. I would expect
that a new criminal offense might be a violation of your status. Were you arrested or merely detained and released without being charged?
