My son served 5 yrs was injured and had surgery in prison, has continued effects of back problems before injury an after, surgeon told prison doc he recommended two add'l test in order to find out why the back felt the same. Son was released month ago. Has his medical records which states tests needed. On probation 5 yrs. Is prison still liable for his continued care while under their watch.
