Subpoena Phone records

I have a criminal complaint against an individual who made an ''anonymous phone call'' to D.F.Y.S.. Is is possible to subpoena the phone records of the individual who made the call for the specified date and block of time for the call? Note: I have the phone numbers of the needed celland home phone as well as the carrier. The individual malso has a ''secret cell number'' as well?

I don't see why you can't. Are you handling this complaint by yourself? Did you know you could get an attorney to prosecute this case for you? If its something you are interested in, I would at least consult with an attorney as the consultation shouldn't cost you anything. The only issue would be, do you really want to spend money on the attorney's fees for this?
